»ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ District School Board is committed to supporting students in their Education and Career Planning, including the transitions into, through and out of high school.
Each student in Grade 7-12 is required to have a digital Individual Pathways Plan (IPP) that they access and review, with support, twice each year. It helps students intentionally select courses and focus their academics to prepare for their chosen pathway.

- Career/ Education Planner - student driven Individual Pathways Plan (IPP) portfolio
- Course Selection - plan graduation requirements for Grades 9-12
- SHSM Planner - promote, enroll and track Specialist High Skills Majors students

Guidance Teams help navigate post-secondary pathway exploration of:
- Apprenticeships
- Canadian Forces, Royal Military College, Reserves
- Colleges, and
- Universities.

- Job searches and employment opportunities
