The »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ District School Board is pleased to provide the public with information about how we run our publicly funded organization. As a Broader Public Sector (BPS) organization, we are required to publish online business plans and other business or financial documents. This supports the Government of Ontario's mandate for openness and transparency.

Education Development Charges

The »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ District School Board (KPR) has an Education Development Charge (EDC) By-law in place in the Municipality of Clarington, and in the City and County of Peterborough. EDCs are a revenue source, for school boards that qualify, to purchase and develop land for new schools. EDCs are meant as a funding mechanism for boards that are experiencing a growth-related accommodation need in their jurisdiction.
